What is the best way to order?


We recommend placing orders online. You can even schedule your pick up time. You can also place orders at the door or through delivery apps.


What does it mean if I don't see something I want online?


It means we are temporarily out of stock of that item.


Why do you run out of items?


Our inventory changes daily due to the availability of raw ingredients and how much we sell. If you have been by already you know we are a tiny establishment. We have limited storage and fridge space so we can only prep so much for the day. Think of us like a slightly bigger pop-up.


Why are there such long wait times sometimes? 


All orders are made fresh to order. It can take longer when there are a lot of orders at the same time. As stated above, we are a tiny establishment. We can only fit so much staff at a time especially during COVID. 


I arrived early, can I get my order sooner?


Orders are made according to the pick-up time. We will do our best to accommodate you arriving early, but it is not guaranteed. We thank you for your patience. 


Why are some things so expensive?


We use Organic and Non-GMO ingredients whenever possible and those tend to be more expensive.  Our customers can confirm that our portion sizes will leave you more than fulfilled though.
